DESCRIPTION:Update\, March 22:  This conference has been cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic. This statement is posted on the event’s website. \n\nIPPW 2020\n17th International Planetary Probe Workshop \n\n\n\nCancellation of IPPW 2020 due to Health Concerns \nIt is with much regret that we announce that IPPW 2020 in Monterey will be cancelled and the next IPPW Workshop will not occur until 2021.  The ongoing health concerns with the COVID-19 Corona Virus makes the prospect of bringing the IPPW International Community together in Monterey unrealistic.​ \nRegarding logistics:\n•    Authors who have submitted abstracts will be contacted by the POC for next steps.\n•    Everyone who has registered will be refunded – the LOC will be reaching out to you.\n•    Those that have reserved a hotel room should contact the Monterey Tides to cancel the reservation.\n•    The LOC will be reaching out to Sponsors to discuss returning funds.​ \nThank you to everyone who submitted abstracts and to the Committees and volunteers who have supported the planning activities of IPPW.  We eagerly look forward to the next IPPW community gathering \n\n\nOriginal Entry: The 17th International Planetary Probe Workshop will take place June 8-12\, 2020 at the Monterey Tides Hotel in Monterey\, CA.  More information is on the event’s website.
