DESCRIPTION:Update\, March 7:  The conference has been cancelled because of the coronavirus outbreak.  This message is posted on the conference website. \nEvent Canceled \nDear Hypersonics 2020 participants\, \nIt has come to our attention that earlier today Le Westin Montréal sent cancellation communications to those with conference hotel reservations. The decision to cancel the conference had not been made by CASI and AIAA when the hotel sent these messages via SMS. \nWe are sensitive to the worldwide concern regarding the coronavirus infection\, and we have been closely monitoring the situation. CASI and AIAA have now made the difficult decision to cancel the 23rd International AIAA Space Planes and Hypersonics Systems and Technology Conference – Hypersonics 2020 that was to be held 10-12 March in Montréal\, Québec\, Canada. \nCASI and AIAA will provide you with updates as they are warranted. Information we can provide as of right now: \n\nAll paid attendees’ registration fees will be automatically refunded via the original method of payment.\nIt is the responsibility of each participant to cancel his or her hotel room. If you made your reservation at Le Westin Montréal\, the hotel will take care of this and you need not take any action yourself.
