Background\n\n    The Commercial Space Transportation Advisory Committee was created \nunder the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA)\, in accordance with \nPublic Law 92-463. Since its inception\, industry-led COMSTAC has \nprovided information\, advice\, and recommendations to the U.S. \nDepartment of Transportation through FAA regarding technology\, \nbusiness\, and policy issues relevant to oversight of the U.S. \ncommercial space transportation sector.\n\nII. Proposed Agenda\n\nA. Review of Taskers Assigned at the Previous Meeting\nB. Assignment of New Taskers to COMSTAC\nC. Public Comment\n\nIII. Public Participation\n\n    The meeting listed in this notice will be open to the public. The \nUS Department of Transportation is committed to providing equal access \nto this meeting for all participants. If you need alternative formats \nor services because of a disability\, such as sign language\, \ninterpretation\, or other ancillary aids\, please contact the person \nlisted in the FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT section.\n    There will be at least thirty minutes allotted for oral comments \nfrom members of the public joining a COMSTAC meeting.
