December 24, 2018 (Federal Holiday)

President Trump is giving federal workers the day off before Christmas.  Government offices will be closed on December 24, 2018.

(It is common for the government to close on a Monday if Christmas is on Tuesday as it is this year. Or to close on a Friday if Christmas is on Thursday.  So President Trump is following that tradition.)
