DESCRIPTION:Update\, November 27\, 6:50 am EST:  ESA TV’s website says the press conference now is at 1330 CET instead of 1300 CET (7:30  am EST). \n \nOriginal Entry: The triennial ESA Council of Ministers meeting will take place November 26-27\, 2025 in Bremen\, Germany where ESA’s 23 Member States  decide on ESA’s budget and programs for the next three years. \nESA’s Member States are: Austria\, Belgium\, the Czech Republic\, Denmark\, Estonia\, Finland\, France\, Germany\, Greece\, Hungary\, Ireland\, Italy\, Luxembourg\, the Netherlands\, Norway\, Poland\, Portugal\, Romania\, Slovenia\, Spain\, Sweden\, Switzerland\, and the United Kingdom. Canada also sits on the Council and takes part in some projects under a Cooperation Agreement. Slovakia\, Latvia and Lithuania are Associate Members.
