February 17, 2020 is a federal holiday, Washington’s Birthday as designated by the Office of Personnel Management (others call it Presidents’ Day in recognition of both President Abraham Lincoln’s birthday on February 12 and President George Washington’s birthday on February 22).  Federal offices and most businesses are closed.
