DESCRIPTION:The Aerospace Corporation will hold a webinar on January 7\, 2021 from 3:00-4:30 pm ET on “Growing the Space Warfighter: Opportunities and Challenges for Space Force Personnel.” \nMore information is on the event’s website. \nThe organizers provide this information: \nThe Center for Space Policy and Strategy is pleased to invite you to a virtual policy event: “Growing the Space Warfighter: Opportunities and Challenges for Space Force Personnel.” CSPS policy analyst Robin Dickey will have a fireside chat with the Space Force Deputy Chief of Space Operations for Personnel\, Patricia Mulcahy\, to discuss the opportunities and challenges facing the development of space warfighters and space professionals\, including reservists\, government civilians\, and contractors involved in the Space Force. How will the Space Force develop a unique identity and culture? What key decisions will need to be made for Space Force training and recruitment? What does it mean to be a space warfighter?
