DESCRIPTION:The House Rules Committee will meet on July 26\, 2021 in H-313 Capitol at 2:00 pm ET to consider the rule for floor debate on a package (“minibus”) of seven FY2022 appropriations bills that includes the FY2022 Military Construction (Milcon) bill and the FY2022 Transportation-HUD bill (which funds the FAA and its Office of Commercial Space Transportation).   Milcon is Division F and THUD is Division G. \nThe committee will decide which of the many amendments proposed to the bills will be allowed to be debated on the floor. Space-related amendments have been proposed to both Milcon and THUD. \nThe minibus is expected to be considered by the House later in the week\, probably beginning on Tuesday.
