DESCRIPTION:The House Rules Committee will meet virtually on September 21\, 2020 at 1:00 pm ET.  It will be streamed on the committee’s website. \nOne bill they plan to consider is a FY2021 Continuing Resolution (CR) to keep the government operating after September 30 since none of the 12 regular FY2021 appropriations bills has cleared Congress yet. Ten passed the House\, but the Senate has not approved any even at the committee level. \nThe text of the CR\, which would state how long it will last\, has not been released yet.  It surely will go past the November 3 elections\, but whether it remains in force for the rest of November\, or December\, or even into next year is undecided.
