DESCRIPTION:The 68th International Astronautical Congress\, IAC 2017\, will take place September 25-29\, 2017 in Adelaide\, Australia. \nThe IAC combines meetings of the International Astronautical Federation (IAF)\, the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA)\, and the International Institute of Space Law (IISL). \nUnlike last year\, the IAC says it will NOT webcast ANY of this year’s conference. \nSpaceX (spacex.com)) will webcast Elon Musk’s presentation about his Mars plans on Friday at 2:00 pm local time (12:30 am EDT). \nAustralia’s Science Channel will webcast a Lockheed Martin announcement about its Mars plans at 7:30 am on Friday morning local time (Thursday\, 6:00 pm EDT) and an “expert panel analysis” following Musk’s presentation.   It will also broadcast a wrap-up of each day’s events at the latter link.
