SUMMARY:INTERNATIONAL ASTRONAUTICAL CONGRESS (IAC) 2018\, Oct 1-5\, 2018\, Bremen\, Germany (portions available by webcast for a fee)
DESCRIPTION:The 69th International Astronautical Congress will be held October 1-5\, 2018 at the Exhbition & Conference Center Bremen\, in Bremen\, Germany. \nThe IAC combines meetings of the: \n\nInternational Astronautical Federation (IAF)\,\nInternational Academy of Astronautics (IAA)\, and the\nInternational Institute of Space Law (IISL)\n\nDetails are on the event’s website.  Portions of the conference will be webcast\, but for a fee.  Sessions listed on that website show a price of €20 each\, although packages are also available. \nA number of associated meetings are usually held in the days prior to the IAC\, including the Space Generation Congress\, which will be held September 27-29\, 2018 in Bremen. \nThe 2018 IAC also takes place partially during the annual United Nations World Space Week (October 4-10).  It  will also coincide with NASA’s 60th anniversary.  NASA opened its doors on October 1\, 1958.
