DESCRIPTION:The International Telecommunication Union will hold a virtual press briefing on February 28\, 2019 at 13:00 Central European Time (7:00 am Eastern Standard Time) to discuss the main issues that will be considered at the World Radiocommunication Conference 2019 (WRC 2019).  WRC 2019 will take place in Sharm el-Shiekh\, Egypt from October 28-November 22\, 2019. \nThe February 28 press briefing will originate from Centre International de Conférence de Genève (CICG)\, Room 18\, Rue Varembé\, Geneva\, CH-1211\, Switzerland. \nParticipants are:  Mr. Khalid Al-Awadi (United Arab Emirates)\, Chairman of CPM19-2\, and Mr Mario Maniewicz\, Director of the ITU Radiocommunication Bureau \nMedia may participate virtually via Adobe Connect\, but must register at least 24 hours in advance to obtain the code. \nFollowing the instructions in the ITU press release. \n  \n
