The Observer Research Foundation (ORF), in cooperation with the Secure World Foundation (SWF), will hold the 3rd Kalpana Chawla Space Policy Dialogue from February 16-18, 2017 in New Delhi, India. The event honors Chawla, the first Indian-American woman in space, who perished in the space shuttle Columbia tragedy. The annual dialogue highlights the success of India’s cooperation with all of the major spacefaring countries.
