DESCRIPTION:Update\, November 11:  NASA is sticking with November 16 at 1:04 am ET for the launch. \nFull NASA TV coverage will begin at 10:30 pm ET on November 15 and continue through launch\,Trans-Lunar Injection and spacecraft separation on November 16. \nNASA separately will have: \n\ncoverage of tanking operations — when the vehicle’s propellant tanks are filled — with commentary from 4:00-10:00 pm ET on November 15.\nSpanish-language coverage beginning at midnight November 16 on its Spanish-language YouTube channel and continues until 15 minutes after liftoff.\ncoverage of Orion’s first outbound trajectory burn at about 8:30 am ET November 16 (dependent on exact launch time)\ncoverage with commentary of Earth views from Orion at about 10:00 am ET November 16\n\nUpdate\, November 8: The November 14 launch has been postponed until at least November 16 due to Tropical Storm Nicole. November 19 is a backup. Stay tuned for updates on NASA TV coverage. \nOriginal Entry: NASA will begin coverage of the third attempt to launch Artemis I on November 13\, 2022 from Kennedy Space Center at 2:30 pm ET. \nCoverage will continue through launch at 12:07 am ET on November 14 — the launch window is open for 69 minutes so could occur as late as 1:16 am ET — a post-launch briefing at approximately 3:00 am ET (time depends on when the launch takes place) and the Trans-Lunar Injection (TLI) burn of Orion’s engines at approximately 7:30 am ET (time subject to change). \nAt approximately 8:50 am ET (time subject to change)\, NASA also will provide coverage of the first views of Earth from Orion. \nDetails of NASA’s coverage plans are in the NASA press release\, which is excerpted below: \nSunday\, Nov. 13 \n2:30 p.m.: Coverage of tanking operations to load propellant into the SLS rocket begins\, including views of the rocket and Launch Control Center and audio from a commentator. \n9:30 p.m.: Coverage of launch begins in English.
