Update, May 10: Xinhua confirms that the launch date and time are May 10, 2023 at 13:22 UTC, which is 9:22 am EDT.

Original Entry: China is expected to launch its next cargo resupply ship to the China Space Station (Tiangong-3) on May 10, 2023 from the Wenchang Space Launch Site on Hainan Island, China.
China has not made an official announcement of the launch date as of May 8, however, saying only that it will be in the first half of May.
Bob Christy @OrbitalFocus calculates the expected launch time as 13:24 UTC ±1 minute, which would be 9:24 am EDT ±1 minute.

This is a new version of Tianzhou that can deliver 7.4 Metric Tons of supplies to the space station instead of 6.9 MT.
