DESCRIPTION:UPDATE\, February 15\, 2020:  The launch today went off without a hitch.  Cgyusnus will arrive at the ISS on Tuesday\, February 18. \nUPDATE\, February 14\, 2020:  The launch was scrubbed again\, this time due to upper level winds.  They will try again tomorrow\, Feb. 15\, at 3:21 pm ET. \nUPDATE\, February 11\, 2020:  The launch has been rescheduled again.  Now it is February 14 at 3:43 pm ET.  NASA TV coverage begins 3:15 pm ET \nUPDATE\, February 9\, 2020\, 10:40 pm ET:  The launch has been rescheduled for Thursday\, February 13\, 4:06 pm ET (the weather is lousy until then). \nUPDATE\, February 9\, 2020\, 5:55 pm ET:  The launch was scrubbed just over 2 minutes before launch because of “off-nominal data from THE ground support equipment.”  A new launch date is TBA. \nORIGINAL ENTRY: Northrop Grumman will launch a Cygnus cargo spacecraft to the International Space Station on February 9\, 2020 at 5:39 pm ET from Wallops Island\, VA. \nNASA TV will broadcast the launch of this 13th Cygnus mission\, NG-13\, beginning at 5:00 pm ET. \nNorthrop Grumman names its Cygnus capsules after individuals who played pivotal roles in the human spaceflight program.  This Cygnus is named after Maj. Robert Lawrence\, Jr. the first African-American selected to be an astronaut\, although he died in the crash of a F-104 aircraft six months after been chosen by the Air Force in the third group of military astronauts for the Manned Orbiting Laboratory (MOL) program.  MOL was to have been a small DOD space station\, but the project was cancelled in 1969.
