The launch on a Soyuz-2/Fregat rocket is from Russia’s newest launch site at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in Siberia. \nOriginal Entry: Russia is planning to launch the Luna-25 lunar lander\, its first lunar spacecraft since Luna-24 in 1976\, in August 2023.
