DESCRIPTION:The NASA Advisory Council’s Regulatory and Policy Committee will meet on October 16\, 2019 to finalize recommendations on the extraction and utilization of extraterrestrial resources. \nThe meeting is at NASA HQ from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm ET and will be available remotely via WebEx by following the instructions in the Federal Register notice\, which is reproduced below. \nSUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act\, as \namended\, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) \nannounces a meeting of the Regulatory and Policy Committee of the NASA \nAdvisory Council (NAC).
