DESCRIPTION:Update May 2\, 2:00 pm ET:   We were unable to get into the meeting via the WebEx link provided.  NASA now tells us that the public meeting was cancelled a couple of weeks ago\, but the agency did not update the Federal Register notice\, for which they apologize.
