DESCRIPTION:NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine will speak at the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) in Melbourne\, FL on May 23\, 2019 at 1:00 pm ET on NASA’s plans to return astronauts to the lunar surface by 2024.  The talk is in the Hartley Room of the Denius Student Center\, 144 Florida Tech Drive\, Melbourne\, FL. \nHis remarks will be broadcast on NASA TV and webcast on the NASA Live website. \nUPDATE: \nNASA revealed on May 22 that he will announce which company has been selected as NASA’s commercial partner in building the Gateway\, a small station that will be placed in lunar orbit.  Bridenstine will answer questions from the media at 2:10 pm ET there at FIT in the Digital Scholarship Lab\, 2949 Science Center Circle\, Melbourne. \nFour NASA officials will hold a media telecon at 2:45 pm ET to answer questions.
