Update, August 29, 8:10 am ET: The agenda still is not posted on the NAC Science committee website, but NASA kindly emailed us a copy of the updated version.
Update, August 25: NASA has provided SpacePolicyOnline.com with a copy of the draft agenda for the meeting, which indicates the committee is meeting in person in Pasadena, CA, so it is only the public that is limited to virtual participation.
The meeting is 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Pacific Time (12:00-5:00 pm Eastern) on August 29 and 8:30 am-3:00 pm Pacific Time (11:30 am-6:00 pm Eastern) on August 30.
The agenda should be posted on the committee’s website soon.

The meeting is listed in the Federal Register as 9:05 am -2:00 pm PACIFIC Time on August 29 (12:05-5:00 pm Eastern) and 8:30 am -3:00 pm PACIFIC time on August 30 (11:30 am-6:00 pm Eastern) even though it also says the meeting is virtual.
NASA usually expresses meeting times in Eastern time if the event is completely virtual. Public participation is virtual only whether committee members are meeting in person somewhere in the Pacific time zone like JPL or virtually, but it’s possible the times listed are in fact Eastern Daylight Time. Check the committee’s website for definitive information closer to the meeting date (the meeting is not posted there as of August 6).
