DESCRIPTION:NASA’s Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel (ASAP) will hold a public telecon on April 17\, 2024 from 3:00-4:30 pm CENTRAL Time (4:00-5:30 pm Eastern) to share the results of their most recent discussions. \nThe meeting is available to the public only via telephone.  More information is in the Federal Register notice\, which is reproduced below. It does not reveal where the panel is meeting\, only that it is in the Central Time zone. \nNATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION\n\n[Notice: 024-025]\n\n\nAerospace Safety Advisory Panel; Meeting.\n\nAGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).\n\nACTION: Notice of meeting.\n\n-----------------------------------------------------------------------\n\nSUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act\, as \namended\, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration announces a \nforthcoming meeting of the Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel (ASAP). The \nASAP will hold its Second Quarterly Meeting for 2024. This discussion \nis pursuant to carrying out its statutory duties for which the Panel \nreviews\, identifies\, evaluates\, and advises on those program \nactivities\, systems\, procedures\, and management activities that can \ncontribute to program risk. Priority is given to those programs that \ninvolve the safety of human flight.\n\nDATES: Wednesday\, April 17\, 2024\, 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.\, central time.\n\nADDRESSES: Public attendance will be virtual only.
