DESCRIPTION:NASA’s Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel will hold a telecon on December 19\, 2025 from 2:00-3:00 pm ET to “deliberate on new formal recommendations for 2025.” \nMore information is in the Federal Register notice\, which is reproduced below: \n  \nNATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION\n\n[Notice: 25-044]\n\n\nAerospace Safety Advisory Panel; Meeting\n\nAGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).\n\nACTION: Notice of meeting.\n\n-----------------------------------------------------------------------\n\nSUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act\, as \namended\, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration announces a \nforthcoming meeting of the Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel (ASAP). The \nASAP will hold a special meeting to deliberate on new formal \nrecommendations for 2025. This discussion is pursuant to carrying out \nits statutory duties for which the Panel reviews\, identifies\, \nevaluates\, and advises on those program activities\, systems\, \nprocedures\, and management activities that can contribute to program \nrisk. Priority is given to those programs that involve the safety of \nhuman flight.\n\nDATES: Friday\, December 19\, 2025\, 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.\, eastern time.\n\nADDRESSES: Public attendance will be virtual only. Any member of the public is permitted to file a written \nstatement with the Panel via electronic submission to Ms. Hamilton at \nthe email address previously noted. Written statements should be \nlimited to the subject of safety in NASA.\n    The agenda for the meeting includes deliberation on formal ASAP \nRecommendations to NASA.\n    It is imperative that the meeting be held on this date to \naccommodate the scheduling priorities of the key participants.
