DESCRIPTION:NASA’s Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel (ASAP) will meet in public session on February 28\, 2024 from 11:00 am-12:30 pm ET. \nAudio will be available via telephone. \nMore information is in the Federal Register notice\, which is reproduced below. \nSUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act\, as \namended\, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration announces a \nforthcoming meeting of the Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel (ASAP). The \nASAP will hold its First Quarterly Meeting for 2024. This discussion is \npursuant to carrying out its statutory duties for which the Panel \nreviews\, identifies\, evaluates\, and advises on those program \nactivities\, systems\, procedures\, and management activities that can \ncontribute to program risk. Priority is given to those programs that \ninvolve the safety of human flight.\n\nDATES: Wednesday\, February 28\, 2024\, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.\, eastern \ntime.\n\nADDRESSES: Public attendance will be virtual only. See dial-in \ninformation below under SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.\n\nFOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: Ms. Lisa M. At the beginning of the meeting\, members of the \npublic may make a verbal presentation to the Panel limited to the \nsubject of safety in NASA\, not to exceed 5 minutes in length. Any member of the public is permitted to file a written \nstatement with the Panel via electronic submission to Ms. Hackley at \nthe email address previously noted. Written statements should be \nlimited to the subject of safety in NASA.\n    The agenda for the meeting includes the following topics:\n\n--Updates on the International Space Station Program\n--Updates on the Commercial Crew Program\n--Updates on the Moon to Mars Program\n\n    It is imperative that the meeting be held on this date to \naccommodate the scheduling priorities of the key participants.
