DESCRIPTION:NASA’s Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel (ASAP) will meet in public session from 9:30-10:45 am ET on March 7\, 2019 at Kennedy Space Center\, FL.  The meeting will be available telephonically by following the instructions in the Federal Register notice\, which is reproduced below. \n  \nSUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act\, the \nNational Aeronautics and Space Administration announces a forthcoming \nmeeting of the Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel.\n\nDATES: Thursday\, March 7\, 2019\, 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.\, Local Time.\n\nADDRESSES: NASA Kennedy Space Center\, Headquarters Building\, Room 3201\, \nKennedy Space Center\, FL 32899.\n\nFOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: Ms. Evette Whatley\, Administrative \nOfficer\, Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel\, NASA Headquarters\, \nWashington\, DC 20546\, (202) 358-4733 or evette.whatley@nasa.gov.\n\nSUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel (ASAP) \nwill hold its First Quarterly Meeting for 2019. This discussion is \npursuant to carrying out its statutory duties for which the Panel \nreviews\, identifies\, evaluates\, and advises on those program \nactivities\, systems\, procedures\, and management activities that can \ncontribute to program risk. Priority is given to those programs that \ninvolve the safety of human flight. The agenda will include:\n\n--Updates on the Exploration Systems Development\n--Updates on the Commercial Crew Program\n--Updates on the International Space Station Program\n\n    The meeting will be open to the public up to the seating capacity \nof the room. Seating will be on a first-come basis. This meeting is \nalso available telephonically. Any interested person may call the USA \ntoll free conference call number (888) 950-9404; pass code 9775026 and \nthen the # sign. Attendees will be required to sign a visitor's \nregister and to comply with NASA KSC security requirements\, including \nthe presentation of a valid picture ID and a secondary form of ID\, \nbefore receiving an access badge. All U.S. citizens desiring to attend \nthe ASAP 2019 First Quarterly Meeting at the Kennedy Space Center must \nprovide their full name\, date of birth\, place of birth\, social security \nnumber\, company affiliation and full address (if applicable)\, \nresidential address\, telephone number\, driver's license number\, email \naddress\, country of citizenship\, and naturalization number (if \napplicable) to the Kennedy Space Center Protective Services Office no \nlater than close of business on February 25\, 2019. All non-U.S. \ncitizens must submit their name; current address; driver's license \nnumber and state (if applicable); citizenship; company affiliation (if \napplicable) to include address\, telephone number\, and title; place of \nbirth; date of birth; U.S. visa information to include type\, number\, \nand expiration date; U.S. social security number (if applicable); \nPermanent Resident (green card) number and expiration date (if \napplicable); place and date of entry into the U.S.; and passport \ninformation to include country of issue\, number\, and expiration date to \nthe Kennedy Space Center Protective Services Office no later than close \nof business on February 21\, 2019. If the above information is not \nreceived by the noted dates\, attendees should expect a minimum delay of \ntwo (2) hours.
