DESCRIPTION:Representatives of NASA and other federal agencies and scientists will hold two briefings on June 21\, 2017 at the Newseum\, 555 Pennsylvania Ave\,.NW\, Washington\, DC\, on the science of\, and viewing safety for\, the upcoming total solar eclipse that will take place on August 21\,  It is the first time in 99 years that a total solar eclipse will travel across the United States.
