DESCRIPTION:NASA has added a fourth spacewalk to what was planned as a series of three in August 2026. Two spacewalks were needed instead of one to replace a space-to-ground antenna\, so they added another to finish other tasks on the list. It will take place on September 1 with NASA’s Jessica Meir and ESA’s Sophie Adenot — Meir’s 7th spacewalk overall and Adenot’s 3rd. \nMeir was one of the crew for the first in this series on August 6. Adenot was one of the crew for the second and third in this series on August 18 and 25. \nThe spacewalk is scheduled to begin at 8:30 am ET.
