DESCRIPTION:NASA’s Heliophysics Advisory Committee will meet via telecon on October 22\, 2018 (2:00-4:00 pm ET) and October 23\, 2018 (1:oo-2:30 pm ET). \nThe agenda is posted on the committee’s website. \nDial-in instructions and other information are in the Federal Register announcement\, which is reproduced below. \nSUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act\, as \namended\, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) \nannounces a meeting of the Heliophysics Advisory Committee (HPAC). This \nCommittee functions in an advisory capacity to the Director\, \nHeliophysics Division\, in the NASA Science Mission Directorate. The \nmeeting will be held for the purpose of soliciting\, from the science \ncommunity and other persons\, scientific and technical information \nrelevant to program planning.\n\nDATES: Monday\, October 22\, 2018\, 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.; Tuesday\, October \n23\, 2018\, 1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m.\, Eastern Time.\n\nADDRESSES: This meeting will take place telephonically and via WebEx. \nAny interested person must use a touch-tone phone to participate in \nthis meeting.
