DESCRIPTION:NASA will hold a pre-launch briefing on November 1\, 2019 at 2:30 pm ET for Northrop Grumman’s 12th Commercial Resupply Services (CRS)-12 cargo mission to the International Space Station (ISS).  These flights began with Orbital Sciences Corporation\, which later merged with ATK to become Orbital ATK\, which later was bought by Northrop Grumman.  Earlier launches in this series were designated “Orb” or “OA.” \nThe pre-launch briefing will take place at NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility\, Wallops Island\, VA\, where Northrop Grumman launches its Antares rocket.  NASA TV and NASA Live will air the briefing.  The launch itself is scheduled for November 2. \nBriefing participants are: \n\nKirk Shireman\, manager of NASA’s International Space Station Program at Johnson\nPete Hasbrook\nJeff Reddish\, Wallops Range Antares project manager\nFrank DeMauro\, vice president and general manager of Space Systems at Northrop Grumman\nKurt Eberly\, Antares vice president at Northrop Grumman
