This event will discuss the agency’s response to the 2023 Mars Sample Return (MSR) Independent Review Board report available at https://www.nasa.gov/missions/mars-sample-return/nasa-releases-independent-reviews-mars-sample-return-report/.  Members of SMD\, the science community\, academia\, the media\, and the public are invited to participate.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou may submit questions and/or vote up questions already posted at https://nasa.cnf.io/sessions/ygs9/#!/dashboard. Individuals must provide a first and last name and affiliation (or indicate self-affiliation). \n  \n\n\n\n\nImmediately preceding this Town Hall\, at 1:00 pm ET\, NASA Administrator Bill Nelson and SMD Associate Administrator Nicky Fox will brief the media on NASA’s plan for MSR’s path forward.
