DESCRIPTION:Update\, February 15:  The launch went off as planned today.  Cygnus is scheduled to arrive at ISS after three days instead of the usual two\, on Tuesday\, February 18\, at 4:05 am ET.  NASA TV coverage begins at 2:30 am ET. \nUpdate\, February 14:  The launch was scrubbed again\, this time because of upper level winds.  New launch date is tomorrow. Feb. 15. \nUpdate\, February 12:  If launch takes place on February 14\, arrival will occur about 5:11 am on February 16. \nUpdate\, February 11:  The launch as been rescheduled again\, this time for February 14\, which would probably mean arrival at ISS on February 16. \nUpdate\, February 11:  The launch has been rescheduled for February 13\, meaning ISS arrival probably would be February 15. \nUpdate\, February 9:  The launch did NOT go as scheduled.  A new launch and arrival date have not been set. \nOriginal entry: If launch goes as planned on February 9\, Northrop Grumman’s NG-13 Cygnus cargo spacecraft will arrive at the International Space Station on February 11. \nCapture using Canadarm2 would be about 4:30 am ET (NASA TV coverage begins 3:00 am ET)\, and installation onto an ISS docking port at 6:00 am ET.
