DESCRIPTION:NOAA’s Advisory Committee on Commercial Remote Sensing (ACCRES) will meet November 3-4\, 2021 from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm ET each day. \nThe committee members will meet in person\, but the meeting is open to the public virtually. \nThe agenda is posted on the committee’s website. \nMore information is in the emailed announcement\, which is reproduced below: \n\nThe National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration would like to announce the 30th meeting of its Advisory Committee on Commercial Remote Sensing (ACCRES) on Wednesday\, November 3 and Thursday\, November 4\, 2021. Please join NOAA and the ACCRES committee for in-depth conversations on the remote sensing satellite industry. \nThe 2-day ACCRES meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. November 3-4\, 2021 and end at 3:00 p.m. each day. In this two-day meeting\, you can expect to hear from the Head of Department\, Civil Security and Regulatory Affairs at the German Space Agency at DLR (The German Aerospace Center) \, updates on the implementation of the Licensing  of U.S. Private Remote Sensing Space Systems (15 CFR 960)\, as well as the administration’s views of the industry from the Executive Secretary of the National Space Council\, Chirag Parikh and the Department of Commerce’s Deputy Secretary\, Don Graves.
