DESCRIPTION:The Senate Commerce\, Science\, and Transportation Committee will meet in Executive Session on November 13\, 2019 at 10:00 am ET in 216 Hart Senate Office Building to mark up 22 bills and several nominations and promotions. \nNOTE ROOM CHANGE:  Now will be in G-50 Dirksen Senate Office Building. \nAmong the bills are two related to NASA: \n\nS. 2800\, 2019 NASA Authorization Act (Cruz et al)\nS. 2472\, the Neil Armstrong Test Facility Act (Portman and Brown).  The act would rename the John H. Glenn Research Center at Plum Brook Station\, Ohio as the John H. Glenn Research Center at the Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility.  Glenn and Armstrong both were from Ohio. Plum Brook Station is a NASA test facility in Plum Brook\, Ohio\, which is managed by NASA’s John H. Glenn Research Center in Cleveland\, OH.\n\nThe committee webcasts its hearings on its website.
