UPDATE, July 10: The committee has changed the time of the hearing by one hour. It will now be at 9:00 am ET instead of 10:00 am ET.
UPDATE, July 6: The hearing has been rescheduled for July 13 at 10:00 am ET. The only change to the witness list is that Tim Hughes will substitute for Gwynne Shotwell for SpaceX.
UPDATE, JUNE 20: The committee announced this afternoon that the hearing has been postponed until after the July 4 recess. No explanation was offered.
ORIGINAL ENTRY: The Space, Science, and Competitiveness Subcommittee of the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee will hold the third in a series of hearings on commercial space on June 21, 2017 at 2:30 pm ET in 253 Russell Senate Office Building. The topic is “Reopening the American Frontier: Promoting Partnerships Between Commercial Space and the U.S. Government to Advance Exploration and Settlement.” Times, dates and witnesses for congressional hearings are subject to change; check the committee’s website for up to date information.
The hearing will be webcast on the committee’s website. Scheduled witnesses are:
