DESCRIPTION:Update\, March 30:  Here is the YouTube link. \nUpdate\, March 29:  SNC says the press conference will be available to the public.  We will post the YouTube link here when we get it. \nOriginal Entry: Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) will hold a press conference on March 31\, 2021 at 12:30 pm Mountain Time (2:30 pm Eastern) to discuss its plans for LEO commercialization. The company is building an inflatable space station\, the LIFE habitat\, as well as the Dream Chaser spaceplane and a cargo vehicle named Shooting Star. \nSNC has a contract with NASA to deliver cargo to the International Space Station using Dream Chaser and Shooting Star.  SpaceX and Northrop Grumman have been providing such services for about a decade and SNC was added in the second round of Commercial Resupply Services contracts. \nIt is not clear from the media advisory if the public will be able to watch the press conference\, but it does invite questions via social media by tweeting @sierranevcorp with #AskSNCDreamChaser. \nIf we get a link to share\, we will post it here. \nSpeakers are: \n\nEren Ozmen\, SNC President & Owner\nFatih Ozmen\, SNC CEO & Owner\nJanet Kavandi\, executive vice president\, SNC’s Space Systems business area\nSteve Lindsey\, senior vice president of strategy\, SNC’s Space Systems business area\nNeeraj Gupta\, director of programs\, SNC’s Space Systems business area\n\n
