SUMMARY:SOYUZ MS-12 Launch and Docking\, Mar 14\, 2019\, Kazakhstan\, 3:14 pm ET and 9:07 pm ET (NASA TV)
DESCRIPTION:Update March 10:  The schedule of NASA TV coverage is as follows: \n\nLaunch\, 3:14 pm ET (NASA TV coverage begins 2:00 pm ET)\nDocking\, 9:07 pm ET (NASA TV coverage begins 8:45 pm ET)\nHatch opening and welcome ceremony\, 10:30 pm ET\n\nUpdate February 13\, 2019:  NASA’s website now confirms that the launch is on March 14\, 2019 at 3:14 pm ET. \nUpdate February 10\, 2019:  NASA’s ISS website still lists the launch date as February 28\, but other sources indicate it has slipped to March 14. \nOriginal Entry: Soyuz MS-12 will launch from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on February 28\, 2019.  The time has not been announced yet. \nTwo of the three crew members on this mission are NASA’s Nick Hague and Roscosmos’s Aleksey Ovchinin.  They were the two-man crew of Soyuz MS-10\, whose launch aborted about two minutes into flight on October 11\, 2018.  They landed safely and Roscosmos General Director Dmitry Rogozin promised they would get another chance. This is it. \nIn announcing their flight assignment\, NASA said that although MS-10 did not reach orbit\, they consider it a spaceflight.  Thus\, NASA will count this as Hague’s second flight and Ovchinin’s third. \nJoining them on the crew of Soyuz MS-12 is NASA’s Christina Koch.
