DESCRIPTION:Update\, November 16:  The launch has been postponed one day to replace a grid fin actuator. \n\nWe need to replace a grid fin actuator\, so launch is postponed to Saturday \n— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) November 16\, 2023 \n \nThe launch window apparently is open for only 20 minutes\, not 120 as it was for Nov 17.  The 20 minutes is mentioned in SpaceX’s media advisory and on its website. \nSpaceX Set to Launch Starship’s Second Flight Test \nNoise Advisory \nSpaceX is now targeting Saturday\, November 18 for the second integrated flight test of Starship from Starbase in Cameron County\, Texas. The 20-minute test window opens at 7:00 a.m. CT. \nResidents of Cameron County and those in the nearby area may hear a loud noise resulting from the rocket’s 33 Raptor engines firing upon ignition and as the vehicle launches toward space\, but what people experience will depend on weather and other conditions. \nSpaceX’s live webcast will go live approximately 35 minutes before liftoff at spacex.com/launches.
