DESCRIPTION:Update\, January 4\, 2025:  This set of meetings was rescheduled for January 7 and January 9 for the in-person meetings (two each day) and January 13 for the virtual meeting. They said only that they apologize for any inconvenience and they’ll be rescheduled at a later time. They issued a revised statement thereafter adding that the docket remains open to receive public comments. The original statement is as follows: \n \n  \nOriginal Entry: As part of its Draft Tiered Environmental Assessment\, the FAA will hold five meetings — four in-person and one virtual — in August 2024 to obtain public input on SpaceX’s application to increase the launch and landing cadence for Starship/Super Heavy at Starbase in Boca Chica\, TX to up to 25 per year (25 Starship/Super Heavy orbital launches\, 25 Starship landings\, 25 Super Heavy landings). \nMore information on how to participate is on the FAA’s website.  The schedule is as follows.
