Space Entrepreneurship Forum Tomorrow on the Hill
The Commercial Spaceflight Federation is spreading the word today about a Space Entrepreneurship Forum tomorrow (September 15) that will start at 3:00 pm in 2318 Rayburn House Office Building. A reception will follow at 5:00 pm in 122 Cannon House Office Building. Speakers include George Nield, current head of the FAA’s Office of Commercial Space Transportation; Patti Grace Smith, his predecessor and now a member of the Board of the Space Foundation;, Mike Beavin of the Department of Commerce; John Gedmark of the Federaltion; and George Whitesides of Virgin Galactic (and former chief of staff to NASA Administrator Charlie Bolden).
