Original entry: The Space Foundation will hold its next Space Symposium 365 webinar on November 2, 2020 at 2:00-3:00 pm ET.
The topic is “Expedition One: The Beginning,” celebrating the 20th anniversary of when the first “expedition” crew arrived on the International Space Station.
The three members of that crew — NASA’s Bill Shepherd, and Roscosmos’s Yuri Gidzenko and Sergei Kirkalev — are among the panelists for this event. Joining them are George Abbey, former Director of the Johnson Space Center; Ginger Kerrick, NASA Flight Director; and Jeanne Meserve (journalist and moderator).
