HOUSE SS&T MARKUP OF RECONCILIATION BILL, Sept 9, 2021, virtual, 10:00 am ET

The House Science, Space, and Technology Committee will meet virtually on September 9, 2021 at 10:00 am ET to mark up its portion of the $3.5 trillion reconciliation package.  The House and Senate passed a budget resolution through which Democrats plan to spend that much funding over 10 years for “human infrastructure,” a companion to the bipartisan $1 trillion physical instructure (roads, bridges, rail etc) bill.

NASA Administrator Bill Nelson is hoping NASA will get more than $15 billion on top of its FY2022 appropriations through this legislation.
