PRESIDENT BIDEN RELEASES JWST IMAGE, July 11, 2022, DC, 5:30 pm ET

Update, July 11, 5:00 pm ET:  The event has been pushed back to 5:30 pm ET.  NASA says it will post any further time changes on NASA Live if they occur.

Original Entry: On July 10, NASA revealed that President Biden will release one of the first images from the James Webb Space Telescope tomorrow, July 11, at 5:00 pm ET and it will be broadcast on NASA TV.

Previously the first release of images was supposed to happen on July 12 at Goddard Space Flight Center.

NASA Administrator Bill Nelson will make remarks when Biden releases the image(s) on July 11.
