NASA will hold a media telecon on September 27, 2022 at 2:00 pm ET to discuss the decision to roll the Artemis I stack back to the Vehicle Assembly Building for safety as Hurricane Ian threatens.
The decision was made yesterday and Artemis I — the Space Launch System rocket and Orion spacecraft — began rolling back from the launch pad to the VAB at 11:21 pm ET last night (September 26) and was secured in the VAB as of 9:15 am ET this morning.
