The Progress MS-21 cargo spacecraft that lost all its coolant on February 11 will undock from the International Space Station on February 17, 2023 at 9:26 pm ET.

Progress spacecraft are not designed to survive reentry. After it undocks, it will be rotated 180 degrees so more visuals can be obtained of the area of the leak before it departs the ISS vicinity.
There is no indication NASA will provide live coverage of the undocking, but Katya Pavlushchenko provided this Youtube link:
