Update, November 2: The launch has been delayed again, to November 9 at 8:28 pm ET, as SpaceX replaces a malfunctioning Draco thruster. Per NASA:

NASA TV coverage will begin at 8:00 pm ET
Update November 1: the launch has been delayed to November 7, 2023 at 9:16 pm ET to allow for more pre-launch processing. NASA TV coverage will begin 8:45 pm ET. If the launch takes place as planned it will dock with the ISS “shortly before 12:00 pm Thursday, Nov. 9.”
Original Entry: The launch of SpaceX’s next cargo mission to the International Space Station, SpX-29, is scheduled for November 5, 2023 at 10:01 pm ET from Kennedy Space Center.
NASA will hold a media telecon on October 26 to discuss experiments that will be delivered on this mission.
