HASC MARKUP FY2026 NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT, July 15, 2025, DC, 10:00 am ET

The House Armed Services Committee (HASC) will mark up the FY2026 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), H.R. 3838, on July 15, 2025 in 2118 Rayburn House Office Building starting at 10:00 am ET.  In past years, this markup has extended until midnight or beyond.  The meeting will be webcast on the committee’s website.

The committee has released the text of the “Chairman’s Mark” — the text from which they’ll work — as well as the recommendations from each of the subcommittees.  Amendments offered during the markup will be posted on the committee’s FY26 NDAA markup page as they come up for consideration.
