NASA PREVIEWS UPCOMING SPACEWALKS, Jan 6, 2026, JSC/virtual, 2:00 pm ET

NASA will preview two upcoming spacewalks at a news briefing on January 6, 2026 at Johnson Space Center. The briefing will be livestreamed on NASA’s YouTube channel.  More information is in the press release.

The spacewalks are on January 8 and January 15, 2026.  NASA astronauts Mike Fincke and Zena Cardman will conduct the first spacewalk.  It will be Fincke’s 10th and Cardman’s first. Participants in the second spacewalk will be announced later, as will the start times for both.
