NASA ARTEMIS II POST-WDR NEWS CONFERENCE, Feb 3, 2026, KSC, 1:00 pm ET

  • Lori Glaze, acting associate administrator for the Exploration Systems Development Mission Directorate
  • Shawn Quinn, program manager, Exploration Ground Systems
  • John Honeycutt, chair, Artemis II Mission Management Team

Original Entry: NASA will hold a news conference on February 3, 2026 at Kennedy Space Center following the Artemis II Wet Dress Rehearsal (WDR) that is taking place right now (February 2).

It will livestream on NASA’s YouTube channel.

Participants are:

  • NASA Associate Administrator Amit Kshatriya
  • Lori Glaze, acting associate administrator for the Exploration Systems Development Mission Directorate
  • John Honeycutt, chair, Artemis II Mission Management Team
  • Representative, Exploration Ground Systems Program

A decision on whether or not to proceed with the launch of Artemis II as soon as February 8 will be made after the WDR is completed.  If the decision is yes, the crew will arrive at KSC later in the day about 3:00 pm ET and participate in a media gaggle that also will stream on YouTube.  Stay tuned for more details.
