LAUNCH OF PROGRESS MS-33 TO ISS, Mar 22, 2026, Kazakhstan, 7:59 am ET (NASA coverage begins 7:30 am ET)

Update, March 19:  NASA will provide live coverage starting at 7:30 am ET on  NASA+Amazon Prime, and the agency’s YouTube channel.

Progress MS-33 will dock to the ISS about two days later at about 9:34 am ET on March 24, with NASA coverage begining at 8:45 am ET on those same channels.

Original Entry: Roscosmos plans to launch the Progress MS-33 cargo spacecraft to the International Space Station on March 22, 2026 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan at 16:59 local time (11:59 UTC/7:59 am EDT).

This is the first launch from Site 31 since a platform that is part of the launch pad’s infrastructure collapsed immediately after the launch of the Soyuz MS-28 crew in November 2025.

NASA refers to this as Progress 94 because it is the 94th Progress in support of the ISS. Many Progresses were launched before that to support Soviet/Russian space stations Salyut 6, Salyut 7, and Mir.

NASA usually provides live coverage of Progress launches.
