The Committee on Astrobiology and Planetary Science (CAPS) of the Space Studies Board of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine will meet virtually on September 16, 2026 from 12:00-2:00 pm ET to discuss its task on metrics for NASA’s Planetary Research Program. This is the third meeting on this topic and was rescheduled from September 9.
